Together you will learn to reach your goals one step at a time. Realistically, gradually, consciously, and finally. We do not offer a quick fix. Instead we offer a guide to real change. Lifelong and permanent, maintainable and rewarding.

Do I already need to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not. Helia’s workouts are designed to work for you regardless of your current fitness level. You’ll do your workouts at your own pace with the guidance, motivation, and support of your Helia personal trainer.

Who can benefit from personal training?

Everybody. Ask anyone who’s seen results and they’ll tell you they couldn’t have done it as quickly, efficiently, or safely without the guidance of their personal trainer. Helia personal trainers have the expertise, experience, and education to design custom exercise programs for your unique needs and goals. Plus, they’re as enthusiastic about your success as you are.

Can I do my workouts at home?

You bet! Whether you want to work out at home or at the gym, your Helia personal trainer will customize your workouts to only include the specific equipment you have access to.

What equipment do I need?

None. Your Helia personal trainer can design workouts for you using body weight exercises or any equipment you have available. They can also make specific recommendations when you’re looking to build or add to your home gym.

Can I still workout if I am pregnant?

This question is one best left to your doctor. However, as a general guideline if you have been working out prior to your pregnancy you should be able to continue exercising through most of your pregnancy. If you have not been exercising before your pregnancy we recommend waiting until after you’ve had your baby and then we can help you get back in shape.

I have an issue with my knee, hip, elbow, ect. Can I still workout?

Unless your doctor tells you otherwise yes you can. Helia’s education standards ensure our personal trainers are capable or modifying any exercise to fit your personal ability and requirements. Helping you deal with any issues that may arise, while keeping you on track to reach your goals.

Am I to old for personal training

Personal training is the perfect way to stay in shape at any age! Helia personal trainers work with women well into their 60s and 70s to improve their mobility, flexibility, and strength.

Is personal training ok for beginners?

Absolutely! Even if you’ve never exercised before, Helia is the perfect way to start.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, but most of our members who follow our plans see steady, consistent results month after month, and you should too! Watch and feel the transformations week-by-week and month-by-month. The results will keep you coming back for more.
